Bud + Brunch Returns with Live Music, Food, and Cannabis Networking

Posted on June 21st, 2021 to Cannabis News by

Bud + Brunch was originally the name of a series of day parties that took place in 2019 in a 3000ft graffiti studio/hemp grow/AirBnB in Winooski that showcased local cannabis and featured live music, free pancakes, and a dab bar**.

Now more than ever, we believe in the importance bringing people together with cannabis and in supporting the development of the Vermont cannabis community by connecting people to share knowledge buds, enjoy local music, and meet some like-minded people who were living down the road this whole time….

SO, in 2021, Bud + Brunch is returning as a private monthly networking event that brings together the past, present, and future cannabis industry at a different cannabis-friendly venue in Vermont each month.

You’re highly encouraged to join us this Sunday, June 27 at the Third Place in Castleton, Vermont where The Green Brothers Band will be performing live music with light refreshments and select local exhibitors.

**Shout out to J.D. Tolstoi, Ben Dabbin, One Love Collective, Fox Holler Farms, Kiersten Wall Yoga, and Vermont Cannabis Solutions and ANTHILL collective for making the original Bud + Brunch such a fun time and place.

FAQ:

Can you call Castleton, “Southern Vermont”? Yes, but people had strong feelings about it online; the consensus on the @Vermontijuana IG page was that Rutland and Route 4 is where ‘Southern Vermont’ starts.

Can I bring cannabis? Yes, but no illegal sales are allowed.

Legal sales are allowed, and local CBD companies and other vermont businesses are welcome to exhibit.

Why are tickets involved?

This is a private, 21+ event and we use ticket proceeds to provide light refreshments and help hire local musicians.

We’ve got discounted tickets for $5, as well as free tickets for registered patients and caregivers, who can send an email to Vermontijuana@gmail.com or a message on IG for the promo code for free patient/caregiver ticket(s).
