Quarantine Makeover: Vermontijuana Unveils New Website, Media, and Travel Resources

The Vermont cannabis media, events, and travel company, Vermontijuana, recently received a much-needed upgrade thanks to the Vermont-based digital marketing company, CannaPlanners. Here’s what to expect from the new website:
MEDIA: The Vermontijuana website is meant to highlight the dynamic video and podcast information that highlights the plants, places, and people who make the Vermont cannabis scene so unique and heady locals and canna-curious visitors alike. The media section includes everything but the newsletter, which is sent out every two weeks to over 6,000 readers; subscribers receive a special newsletter once a month, which outlines
The Vermontijuana podcast is available on both Spotify and Apple, and as of March 2020, is released at least twice per month. The trailer for the upcoming episode is available now!
VIDEO is also featured prominently on the new Vermontijuana website, reflecting our interest in education and connection. We’re working with the talented Tyler Struss (@Tyler_the_Struss) at CannaPlanners to continue to develop our upgraded video offerings, which have started in 2020 with our Vermont cannabis political updates. Much of this video comes out on Facebook and Instagram, so make sure you’re following @Vermontijuana and for paying subscribers, the @Vermontijuanafam channel as well.
EVENTS: What a time to be in the event business! We’re going to take a pause on any in-person events until at least May. That said, the Southern Vermont Cannabis Expo & Symposium, scheduled for July 24-26, 2020 at Castleton University is still ON, and will be updated frequently on the #SoVTCann page, which is presently accepting vendor and sponsor inquiries and will continue to be updated with speakers, exhibitors, and other activities.
TRAVEL: Legal cannabis tourism is a new frontier for everyone, and we’re excited to be leading the charge in Vermont. This section of the website is where you find Vermont cannabis resources, including how to find cannabis-friendly lodging, farm and grow tours, and the cultivators, artisans, venues, and chefs who make the magic possible. If you’re the host of a 420-friendly property or event venue, you can list it online right now!
Advocacy is still critical for all legal cannabis businesses, and all cannabis entrepreneurs and business owners should be educators and advocates for our industry. The new About Us section highlights our core values, the relationship with Greenbridge Consulting, and the ongoing Cannabis Event Permit campaign, which you can support by signing and sharing at www.change.org/cannabisevent.
For those who get the vision and are ready to #ElevateTheState and represent Vermontijuana, we’ve got a growing selection of Vermontijuana Merch, which is starting with a few staple items, and growing into includes print products, apparel, and smoking accessories. For those who want to join the inner circle, you can support craft cannabis media directly by becoming a subscriber for $2/month! You’ll receive exclusive merch, discounts from friends and members, and access to the special @Vermontijuanafam Instagram page and monthly subscribers-only newsletter.
