Cannabis Cafe at the Vermont State House
January 10 @ 7:30 am - 10:30 am
FreeJoin a large and diverse group of licensed members of the Vermont cannabis industry for a Cannabis Cafe in the Vermont State House Cafeteria on Wednesday, January 10, from 8-10am.
During this informal meet-and-greet, a large number of Vermont cannabis business-owners will be identified and organized by their (multiple) roles in the cannabis industry as cultivators, manufacturers, retailers, and medical stakeholders.
Through our large presence and visibility, individual businesses of all shapes and sizes representing all parts of the state will have an opportunity to introduce ourselves as individuals, but more importantly, to show the size and scope of this industry and to create the space for individual businesses and advocates to meet and connect directly with both their peers and representatives.
The only agenda is to show up and introduce ourselves and educate our leaders about the cannabis industry via our own experiences. The licensed cannabis industry represents an extremely large and diverse group of Vermont residents and business-owners and a large and diverse turnout will have a huge impact in helping magnify and amplify our individual and collective industry voices.
This event is not sponsored or endorsed by any advocacy group and is intentionally designed to be both informal and impactful as a grassroots platform for meetings and connections.
On the evening of February 8, a follow-up “Statehouse Sesh” event will take place in the main cafeteria featuring 15-20 individual tables and a more curated and concentrated group of individually-identifiable businesses and advocacy organizations.
